JUUL Labs is committed to keeping your device under your control and keeping our products out of the hands of minors. In support of that goal, we have developed a feature set that allows you to lock your device and prevent it from producing vapour.
Once your JUUL C1 is paired and connected, you will see a lock icon on the bottom left of your device tab. To lock or unlock your device, tap the icon. A red lock means the device is currently locked.
