If a package is not delivered, please call the delivery courier for immediate assistance with your parcel. We also recommend checking with neighbours, business front desk, post rooms, or anywhere the parcel may have been delivered.
Please note: damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied by the delivery courier and exclusion from our return/exchange policy.
